Mature beef
Jonathan from Bobolink Dairy on his 100% grass-fed, 14 year-old beef. (Don’t worry, the cow was alive for most of that time). Considering the average dairy cow lives about three years and the average beef cow just under two, that’s quite something. I’m interesting in getting my hands on some of those steaks. I have a feeling it will be unlike any other steak I’ve tasted.]]>
